You can reach your Stylist anytime via email - expect a response within 48 hours.
Can I add more sessions whenever I may need them?
Yes! Whether you need outfits for a vacation or an upcoming event, your Stylist will walk you through your options.
What happens if I don’t use one of my sessions? Or I have to reschedule/postpone?
Not a problem! Your sessions do not expire, they will accrue so you can use them at a later time.
Am I assigned a Stylist or how does that work?
We assign you a Stylist that best fits your style, needs and personality. Even though your Stylist will be your go-to person, we work as a close knit team to ensure our clients are supported by a group of the most stylish minds!

I have completed my first set of 6 sessions of the membership and I LOVE it! Are there other options to have more support and 1:1 time with my Stylist?
Absolutely! Reach out to your Stylist and mention you are looking to get more out of your program. Our goal is to place our clients in the program that suits their needs. Since your Stylist knows you and your wardrobe, she will help you decide which one is the best for you.
Is shopping included? How does that work?
Your Stylist will create a shopping list and shop during your 1:1 sessions. However, we don't physically purchase and send the items to you, you will be doing the purchasing and ordering. Your Stylist will send you shopping links of all her finds, so you can explore your choices and purchase your favorites.
If I were looking to cancel or pause my sessions - how would I do that?
You have 30 days from your onboarding date to cancel or opt out of membership.
You receive one complimentary reschedule
No need to pause! Your unused sessions accrue and you can use them when you are ready.
If you are feeling that you require or want more time with your Stylist, we can remove you from membership and place you in one of our other amazing programs.
