Terms & Conditions
All agreements entered into by a client and Watson Style Group (WSG) are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Watson Style Group Programs
Clients who exceed the specified hours of a program will be charged at their contracted hourly rate for hours incurred. All Senior/Lead Stylists’ time is billed out at 1 billable hour. Assistant Stylists’ time is billed out at .50 billable hour. If the Client is unresponsive after six months, the client will be considered inactive. Clients who choose to go inactive forfeit any unused hours.
Watson Style Group Membership
Membership is a year commitment. Membership fees will be assessed quarterly. Clients may opt to pay membership fees in full. If hours exceed the specified hours for a quarter, your membership rate will be applied to each additional hour. Any hours unused for each quarter will roll to the following quarter in a calendar year. Any unused hours expire 1 year after purchase. Memberships auto-renew unless the Client gives 60-day notice. If the Client is unresponsive after six months, the client will be considered inactive. Members who choose to go inactive forfeit any unused hours.
Shopping Budgets
Shopping budgets will be charged as incurred which includes, but is not limited to, clothing, tailoring, dry cleaning, etc.
A Concierge Service Fee (CSF) of 19% is assessed into all Shopping Budget charges. The CSF covers all the “behind the scenes” time and costs incurred by our logistics team associated with getting clients their wardrobe, for example, ordering, invoicing, receiving shipping, garment quality control, and coordinating with the designer/tailor/cobbler. This allows stylists to maximize a client’s hourly budget to get their wardrobes ready to wear. This nets a cost saving for the client.
A final invoice will be provided upon request that will be reflected of all returns and all charges at the conclusion of the program or services.
Travel
All travel by stylists to get to the client will be billed to the client when incurred. We do our best to split costs among clients, when possible, but not guaranteed.
Electronic Lookbook
Based on your lookbook level, a yearly maintenance fee is assessed.
Credit Card Fees
Clients who choose to use a credit card after the initial purchase will be assessed a 3% fee.
Other
All pricing is subject to increases each year.
All program and hourly rates are charged as incurred and nonrefundable.
All costs incurred on behalf of your program will be billed to your payment method on file. These include but are not limited to; lookbook fees, travel, tailoring, cobbler, and dry cleaning.
We require all clients to have two forms of payment on file. If your primary method does not go through, we will charge the second method. This allows our small business to continue to operate efficiently and, most importantly, for your program to have no interruptions.

Show up on time and keep your scheduled appointment.
Return unwanted merchandise within 48 hours to WSG using the label provided to avoid being charged.
Rescheduling Policy: 48-hour notice is required for cancellation. Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge for that time.
