We are seeking an exceptional Director of Luxury Client Development to join our team. This is a full-time role for someone who is experienced in closing high-end luxury service packages for the UHNW, disciplined and self-motivated while thriving in a performance-driven remote environment. Previous experience in business development, luxury sales, private client services, or related field required.

This Role is for a Director of Luxury Client Development with Vision—and Velocity

As a Director of Luxury Client Development , you are both the face of our luxury client acquisition experience and a strategic driver of revenue growth. You will be responsible for growing our elite client base, developing strategic partnerships in the luxury ecosystem, and managing a pipeline of high-value prospects. You’re responsible for converting qualified leads into high-value styling clients, building trust and rapport quickly, and maintaining the sophistication and discretion expected of a luxury brand.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Proactively identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of UHNW prospects through referrals, introductions, and discreet outreach

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients, uncovering lifestyle needs and presenting White Glove styling services as bespoke solutions

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with wealth advisors, luxury concierge services, private clubs, family offices, luxury brands, real estate professionals, and private client firms

  • Represent Watson Style Group at high-profile industry events, galas, and exclusive networking functions

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM systems

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Styling Team to ensure seamless service and handoff of new clients

  • Stay attuned to fashion, luxury, and UHNW consumer trends to inform strategy and communication

  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets



The Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced high-ticket closer with 5+ years of experience selling services to UHNW individuals or equivalent (e.g., luxury travel, wealth management, concierge services, couture fashion, private education, etc.)

  • Highly polished, articulate, and discreet.   You understand the tone and pace of selling to affluent, high-profile individuals

  • Deeply connected or comfortable building trust in UHNW circles through personalized, professional relationship development

  • Self-directed and proactive, you create your own pipeline and thrive in entrepreneurial environments

  • Collaborative and strategic, you understand the power of long-term relationships over transactional selling

  • Able to travel as needed for in-person events or client development opportunities
