We are seeking an exceptional Sales Closer to join our team. This is a full-time role for someone who is experienced in closing high-end service packages, disciplined and self-motivated while thriving in a performance-driven remote environment. Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
This Role is for a Sales Closer with Vision—and Velocity
As a Sales Closer, you are both the face of our client acquisition experience and a strategic driver of revenue growth. You’re responsible for converting qualified leads into high-value styling clients, building trust and rapport quickly, and maintaining the sophistication and discretion expected of a luxury brand.
You don’t just sell—you consult, guide, and help our clients invest in their best selves. You bring polish, trust, and tenacity—and you deliver results.
In This Role, You Will:
Deliver persuasive, premium consultative sales conversations that convert qualified leads into high-value service clients.
Proactively drive both inbound and outbound selling strategies, never waiting to be handed leads.
Manage a robust sales pipeline with precision, using CRM systems to track, nurture, and close opportunities consistently.
Build trust quickly with luxury clientele, reading subtle buying cues and personal aspirations to close with integrity.
Maintain the brand’s elevated image through sophisticated, warm, and professional communication at every touchpoint.
Uphold high client satisfaction and excitement from first conversation through pre-onboarding.
Contribute significantly to monthly and quarterly growth targets through consistent, high-integrity closing.
Partner closely with internal team members to ensure every handoff and deliverable is executed with excellence.
Approach each sales challenge with creativity, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to our client-first philosophy.
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations (Zoom/phone) with pre-qualified prospects and close sales.
Proactively generate new opportunities when calendar availability allows—via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and partnership prospecting.
Initiate and manage relationships with referral partners, influencers, and aligned businesses to generate consistent leads.
Lead empathetic, aspirational sales conversations that uncover client motivations.
Clearly and confidently present our styling programs as personalized investments.
Handle client hesitations with grace and authority, reinforcing the value of image and self-expression.
Maintain a strong closing ratio that meets or exceeds company expectations.
Meticulously log all call notes, outcomes, and follow-ups within the CRM.
Partner closely with the styling teams to maintain a seamless client experience.
