We are seeking an exceptional Sales Closer Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role for someone who is experienced in closing high-end luxury service packages, disciplined and self-motivated while thriving in a performance-driven remote environment. Previous experience in business development, luxury sales, private client services, or related field required.

About The Role

As a Sales Closer Manager, you will be entrusted with converting warm, pre-qualified leads—generated through LinkedIn outreach, Meta advertising and partnerships—into committed clients. You will also play a critical role in outbound sales; nurturing leads through partnerships, and increasing booked consultations when your calendar is open.  Your role is to lead prospective clients through a consultative conversation, deeply understanding their aspirations and style goals, and confidently presenting our premium styling packages as the solution.

You are not cold-calling. Every conversation starts with interest. Your expertise and presence will help clients confidently say "yes" to a life-changing transformation.

This is a dynamic, revenue-focused role that blends high-touch sales finesse with outbound hustle.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations (Zoom/phone) with pre-qualified prospects and close sales

  • Proactively generate new opportunities when calendar availability allows - via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach and partnership prospecting

  • Initiate and manage relationships with referral partners, influencers and aligned businesses to generate consistent leads

  • Lead empathetic, aspirational sales conversations that uncover client motivations

  • Clearly and confidently present our styling programs as personalized investments

  • Handle client hesitations with grace and authority, reinforcing the value of image and self-expression

  • Maintain a strong closing ratio that meets or exceeds company expectations

  • Meticulously log all call notes, outcomes, and follow-ups within the CRM

  • Partner closely with the styling teams to maintain a seamless client experience

Performance Metrics:

  • Call-to-Close Rate: Target 30% for qualified leads

  • Outbound Lead Conversion: Maintain a minimum of cold outreach close rate of 10-15%

  • Client Show Rate: Maintain 70%+ attendance to scheduled consultations

  • Revenue Closed Monthly: Aligned with styling package goals (customized)

  • CRM Compliance: 100% of interactions recorded within 24 hours

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • You consistently convert qualified leads into high-value styling clients

  • You maintain high client satisfaction and pre-onboarding excitement through your approach

  • You uphold the brand’s elevated image and cultivate lasting client trust from first conversation onward

  • You contribute significantly to monthly and quarterly growth targets through consistent, high-integrity closing

  • 2+ years of  high-ticket sales experience

  • Demonstrated success with outbound sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you represent a luxury brand from the first touchpoint

  • Proficient with CRMs and sales pipeline tools

  • Skilled at building rapport fast, reading buyer psychology, and closing with integrity

  • Disciplined and self-motivated, thriving in a performance-driven remote environment

  • Authentic, warm, and committed to helping clients invest in their best selves

  • A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

  • Collaborative, communicative, committed to growth - for yourself and the company

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Previous experience in luxury services (styling, real estate, hospitality, private coaching, personal concierge services)

  • Familiarity with the psychology of luxury buyers and high-net-worth client sales

  • Experience using CRM systems like Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel
