This position exists to provide a luxury, world-class service to our clients. This position is designed so clients have a go-to woman for everything they need starting with their very first experience with us (the styling session) and ending with their commitment to our membership program. The WSG client needs a support system (the lead stylist and her team) to anticipate needs, paint a picture of what’s possible for her and her wardrobe, encourage her and invite her to show up as her best and bravest self everyday. This position allows the lead stylist to do that by giving them autonomy over truly owning their book of business, having complete creative design over their wardrobe and providing top-tier consulting service at every phase of their experience. WSG creates and fosters high-performing stylists who show up as consultants for their clients because WSG clients are high-performing women who need to be met at their level, nurtured, and given the experience of having everything regarding their wardrobe handled for them. A WSG lead stylist lives and breathes the empowerment of women and is a champion of service excellence. They show up to every interaction prepared and ready to wow their clients. This structure is designed to allow lead stylists to fully own their role and feel empowered and energized through their work. This position is full time, virtual, requires travel and for you to work within a client’s home.

- ACT AS A CONSULTANT FOR A DIVERSE CLIENTELE WHEREBY YOU HELP TO CRAFT & EXECUTE UPON A VISION FOR THEIR PERSONAL STYLE THAT REFLECTS THEIR BEST & BRAVEST SELF
- GUIDE CLIENTS THROUGH AN INTENTIONALLY TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCE THAT GOES BEYOND ADDING CLOTHING TO THEIR CLOSET. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO CLOSET EDITING, SHOPPING, COLOR & BODY TYPING, OUTFIT MAKING, PACKING AND REAL-TIME STYLING SUPPORT.
- TAKE FULL INITIATIVE & RESPONSIBILITY IN MANAGING YOUR CLIENT’S WARDROBES WITHIN YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS- THIS REQUIRES CREATIVE THINKING & ALWAYS PLANNING ONE STEP AHEAD
- OVERSEE & DELEGATE APPROPRIATELY TO ASSISTANT STYLISTS TO ENSURE A SEAMLESS CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSULTING CLIENTS TO INVEST IN THE BEST PROGRAM FOR THEMSELVES. BEING ABLE TO “PAINT THE PICTURE” OF WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE CREATIVELY, LOGISTICALLY, AS WELL AS FINANCIALLY. THIS IS REQUIRED TO CONTINUE HAVING A STABLE BOOK OF BUSINESS & HAVE SUCCESS WITH THE REVENUE REQUIREMENT EACH MONTH.
