 The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Watson Style Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary goal is to generate leads and schedule sales consultations, serving as the first point of contact between executive women and our bespoke styling solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic LinkedIn outreach.

  • Sales Engagement: Confidently communicate with executive-level prospects to understand their needs and book sales consultations.

  • Campaign Management: Utilize our tech stack, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Close.com, Smartlead, Dripify, and Skrapp, to run effective lead generation campaigns.

  • Performance & Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs, with a keen focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of success.

  • Proficiency in our tech stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Close.com, etc) is highly regarded.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Sales enablement tools.

  • A genuine interest in fashion, styling, or personal development is a plus.
